Fall Fundraiser:

About Half of our money is made in the fundraiser that the PTA has at the beginning of the year. In this fundraiser, your children have the choice to sell items to friends and relatives out of a catalog. We are continuing to use Cherry Dale Farms for this fund raiser as the offer a good return and a great selection of merchandise.

This year we anticipate selling $25,000 worth of merchandise and raise $11,000 on this event.

Run-4-Fun:

The other half is made with the Run-4-Fun held near the end of the school year. This an opportunity for the community to donate directly to the PTA. It is also a chance to create a fun outdoor event in the spring. (Outdoors if it is not raining that day.)

We anticipate earning $9,600 on this event after expenses which mostly go toward prizes for the students who participate.

PTA Dues:

Currently the majority of our dues go directly to the National Parent Teachers Association. We do make a small amount on these dues as well.

E Scripts:

This is a relatively new way for our PTA to earn money. PTA supporters need only register their store membership cards online. Then every purchase they make at participating stores results in the store donating to the PTA. See our home page for more information.

Other Events Fees:

Although we charge fees for Yearbooks, T-Shirts, School Supply Packages, and a few other of our activities, these are all done at cost! The income from these sources is shown in the pie chart, but it is nearly equal to the amount spent on these events.
